Should you receive any damaged item(s), please contact us at email@example.com, within 7 days of receiving your order.
We ask that you attach to your message three (3) clear photos of your item or each defective item that you received in your order. You will also be required to attach a scanned copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. We will evaluate to determine the authenticity of the photos you provide. Should it be determined that the pictures are authentic and not doctored in any way, we will issue to you a temporary, exclusive discount code to reorder your item(s) at a reduced price. The discount code will expire three (3) days after issuance.
